About Me

My name is Matylda Miedzińska and I am a Computer Science student at AGH university of Kraków. I’m the alumna of the 4th edition of „Dziewczyny w Grze!” at CD Projekt Red, where I learned about gameplay and quest design.

I started my game design journey as a modder, creating my custom adventures for my favourite games – mostly Neverwinter Nights 2 and Heroes of Might and Magic III.

I spend most of my days discovering peculiar places in my city, writing and designing quests. And of course – playing games!

The technology I focus on in my projects is mostly:

  • Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++) – my main engine, I’m currently developing 2 games with it
  • Unity – mostly for prototypes, I’m working on a platformer game as well
  • Aurora Engine (NWN2 Toolset) – occasionally for implementing quests
  • .NET and C# – small experiments with math visualisations
  • Python – mostly for algorithmics at university
